About Jeffrey Dyer

Jeff Dyer is a full-time real estate professional with Realty Executives in The Villages, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout The Villages and the surrounding communities of Sumter, Lake, and Marion Counties since 2018.

Before transitioning into real estate, Jeff served eight years in the U.S. Army and is proud to be a Military Veteran.  His assignments included Germany, South Korea, and Hawaii.  Following his military service, he built and operated a successful full-service photography studio, photo lab, and multimedia company which he operated for more than 30 years. During that time, Jeff completed over 3,000 photography and multimedia projects, helping families preserve life’s most important moments while also assisting businesses with marketing and advertising campaigns that earned him recognition and awards from Kodak, Fuji, Epson, and Ilford. 

Jeff brings that same creativity, discipline, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset into every real estate transaction. His clients describe him as creative, honest and hard working.  His proactive communication, timely document preparation, and ability to stay laser-focused throughout the buying or selling process helps ensure his clients feel well informed and confident every step of the way.  Jeff works with buyers and sellers locally as well as  retirees, investors, and families relocating to The Villages, Florida from across the country. One of the most rewarding and satisfying parts of Jeff's Real Estate career is helping clients successfully transition to The Villages lifestyle. Understanding that relocating from another state can be both exciting and emotional, he is committed to making every step of the buying process as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible.

When he’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Jeff enjoys traveling the world with his wife of more than 40 years. Together, they have visited over 40 countries.  They also cherish spending time in Connecticut with their three children and seven grandchildren.
